Like many ad-hoc property investors, Colen has largely fallen into property investment by accident, grabbing opportunities as they arose. He has built a property portfolio of five properties which has put him under financial pressure. His Money Makeover journey has been to reorganise this property portfolio so that it can start working for him, rather than draining his finances. Over the last few months, he has been working with Absa financial planner JP van der Merwe and Absa home loan specialist Miguel Martins.
